Three men were engaged making a manhole in a stone drift, and eight holes were charged with samsonite in a length of 6 feet. Three middle shots were connected in parallel and fired. The two deceased men returned, after an interval of three minutes, when other shots exploded, fatally injuring them. On examination after the accident, only one shot remained unfired. 2 killed.
