Inspection made and inquest attended. Whilst lowering some tubs to couple them he was in front and they appear to have overpowered him through some men pushing (at his request) behind and he was crushed against some stationary tubs. He succumbed to the injuries received at the Haydock Hospital on the 19th instant.
