Deceased was following his father who was taking his last tub for the day down a cut chain cuddy brae dipping 1 in 4. A partially filled tub was ranced up at braehead. The chain appeared to have knocked out the rance and set this tub in motion. It overtook deceased crushed him against a prop, and broke his neck.
