Inquiry made and inquest attended. He was walking down the railway when the locomotive with waggon approached him from behind the driver whistle, and deceased tried to get up a slack heap and in doing so fell against the moving waggons and got fatally injured. The brakesman instead of riding on the leading waggon was on the locomotive.
