Deceased and another man. with two 10 feet planks on their shoulders, walked from behind a stack of timber on to a storage siding just as a wagon of small coal was being run into it. Neither looked round until the rear man heard the wagon coming behind him. He shouted to deceased, but only succeeded in frightening him, so that he stepped into danger instead of out of it.
