As seven and thirteen loaded trams connected by 21 yards of rope were being lowered down a heading dip[ping 1 in 6 the rope was drawn out of the hind cap. The seven trams thus liberated ran down drawing the rope behind them. It coiled round deceased and drew him about 17 yards.
