When the screen engine was started at the commencement of the shift, screams were heard coming from the end of one of the picking belts, the machinery was stopped and deceased was found twisted round the shaft of a sprocket wheel, which works a scraper conveyer on the loading arm. Deceased was a slag picker on the travelling belt, and had no business at the loading arm.
