Fall of roof on road cliff 13ft by 6ft. by 4ft thick. Deceased was driving a horse attached to a tram laden with timber along a stall when a fall occurred killing him and his horse. A smooth slant running along the lower side was to be seen in the roof after the fall. Three pairs of double timbers were discharged. Rhas Las seam.
