Fall of roof on road while bringing tools back from the face, a portion of the rippings fell suddenly upon him, causing such severe injuries that he died whilst being conveyed to the surface. The stone was 12ft. long, 8ft. 4in. wide at the front end, and 2ft. in thickness in the thickest part. Green vein.
