Details of Event
A full tram had been brought down and left standing with it is said a sprag in each wheel was put in at heading just above a stall. The horse was turned into the stall preparatory to bringing out a full tram. Deceased and his boy started to push an empty tram which had been left just below the stall up past it to allow of the passage of the horse and tram when the full one ran down and pushed the empty one over deceased.
