He was engaged in pushing a tub of coal along the level, and was followed out by another drawer in charge of another full tub, who after proceeding about 60 yards, heard the deceased shouting to hold up. The second drawer appeared to have failed to stop the full tub, and it fatally crushed the deceased against a low bar. The portion of the roadway where the accident occurred was contracted in size for a distance of 9 feet and was being enlarged, and it was recommended that the same should be completed at once.
