- Deceased was riding on the limbers driving two full tubs along a driving road, when the pony shied at the junction of a roadway, where another driver was standing waiting for him to pass and probably stumbling, fell against some props which were knocked out, causing a large slab of post stone, 3 feet thick, to fall, part of which jammed his head against the tub top.
