- The deceased and another man taking up bottom stone in a trail road in the Six Quarters seam in order make more height. While doing so a stone 8 feet long by 3 feet wide with a thickness of 3 inches fell from in the roof on to the deceased causing a rupture of the bladder. The stone was supported by three props but two of them were close to the edge slip and it is supposed the props, canted out owing to their being loosened in taking up the bottom.
