They were killed at a junction by a heavy fall of unsupported roof. The roof is of rock several yards thick and, at the place of accident, bad been exposed for 10 years. Another driver was injured by the fall and a stallman had a narrow escape. The accident shows the advisability of setting bars at such places even where the roof is strong rock. 2 killed.
