Inspection made and inquest attended. The deceased was getting into the cage when it suddenly moved away and he was crushed between the cage and the guides. The onsetter denied touching the electric signal but a she was engaged in conversation with the deceased and a distinct signal was heard by both the banksman and the engineman it was probable that he had inadvertently touched the signal.
