Inspection made and inquest attended. The deceased was employed taking the setts of empty tubs off the endless rope as they came into the shunt and when in the act of coupling two setts another sett came up unawares to deceased and joined the last one he had taken off the rope crushing him fatally when he was in the act of coupling the previous sett.
