Fall of roof in working place when drawing props his mate being engaged in drawing props back in waste. Deceased was taking out a prop at side of roadway usually one other man only draws props whilst other assists. In this case it was needless for deceased to draw the prop his mate being in the waste. Deceased was sat on the floor or he had no chance to get out of the way of the stone which fell after he was knocked out. He could have stood on his feet in the roadway. Stone 8 feet by 4 feet. (Good roof.).
