Deceased was filling dirt into the waste side of a gate-road pack, when a large fall of roof occurred and buried him. About a quarter of an hour previously he had removed a prop which was in the way of the pack, and the first portion of the fall appears to have come from near the place where the prop was removed. Before removing the prop he should have set another support.
