Deceased was a drawer on a cuddiebrae, and while descending with a loaded tub the wheel-tree came out and tub and cuddie descended rapidly to the level road ; he held on to the tub, and when it struck the wall side the impact threw him back in front of the descending cuddle. The wheel-tree was too short and had been put up shortly before the accident.
