Knocked from the top into quarry, fell 25 feet, had attached crane rope to waggon and shouted go on. As the craneman started deceased stepped in front of the waggon, the waggon swung about a foot, striking him on the shoulder, knocking him into the quarry. Died 5th July, 1911.
