Deceased had given a signal to the engineman to move on. The wagons were pushed some distance and then stopped to allow another engine to pass. After waiting some time for a signal from deceased to move on again, another shunter went to the end of the wagons and ound him lying across the rails. The wagon wheels had passed over his chest. It is not certain as to how he came to he found in this position.
