Deceased was found dead in the jigger engine-house and the floor beside the fly-wheel was torn up. He had duties to perform in the engine-house and it is thought he had been caught by the fly-wheel of the engine and thrown over and brought rounder under the floor. The fly-wheel was unfenced.
