- Deceased was employed by the Lochgelly Iron & Coal Co., Ltd., at Little Raith Colliery on the south side of the Dunfermline & Thornton Railway. A train of waggons was shunted into Hill of Beath sidings on north side of said railway and he crossed o'er for some purpose and was crushed between the buffers of waggons.
