Whilst repairing a cuddie, from which he had detached the rope, a chain-runner bringing a hutch to the bench above, and not knowing the cuddle was detached, pushed the load into the brae; it ran away and struck the deceased. Deceased committed a breach of Regulation 28 by not warning the chain-runner that he was about to work at the cuddie.
