He was learning to drive, and was with a waggonwayman and a horsekeeper who were training a new pony. Five full tubs were being hauled outbye up a slight gradient, when the pony became restive, backed and, apparently unseated the boy who was riding on the first tub. He had fallen backwards, and the last tub had gone over him. The road was in order and there was plenty of room.
