Fall in working place taking out thin rib of coal sudden weight came on, very large fall broke down two bars and a number of props The bar nearest the coal had only one prop under it, in the middle, both bars placed parallel to the breaks in roof, better had the bars crossed these and if the bar had been on two props (Roof good).
