Details of Event
Whilst engaged in building a pack on the 30th July, 1910, a fall of ‘bags’ or roof took place, and buried him. He was promptly rescued, but his back was badly injured, and he died from the effects of the accident on the 12th February, 1911. It is probable that the fall was caused by a ‘bump’.
