He was sent to see about some trucks being put under the spouts to be filled. He was told by the truckman, that he had already arranged for the trucks. Five minutes later he was run over by a train of trucks which was being pushed up the main road. He had evidently not returned to his work on the belts as he should have done after seeing the truckman.
