Haulage Accidents (b) Run over or crushed by trams or tubs – He was taking a hutch outbye towards the siding when a drawer in one of the branch roads ran his full tub out on to the plates and struck him against the side of the road, fracturing his skull. Death was instantaneous. The drawer in the branch was proceeding without a light.
