In lowering a dirt waggon from under the shoot deceased was crushed; between the waggon and a wall. The brake was on the wall side of the waggon and deceased wanted to put the brake on. The space between the waggon and the wall was 15ins. there being a brake on one side only and that on the wall side he ought to have used a scotch. There were several scotches close by.
