In a roadway, stood near to a bar under which a prop was being drawn by his assistant with a Sylvester prop drawing appliance, when the prop was loosened a large flagstone came down, there was proof that the bar carried the weight of the stone, the prop required the Sylvester to draw it. It was a great risk deceased took in standing almost under the bar. (Good roof).
