- Fall of roof. Two steel bars supporting the roof of a main level had fallen and the two deceased were setting a centre prop under the covering timber which appears to have taken the weight off the adjacent bars causing them to fall. The debris above the covering timber fell and killed the two deceased. 2 killed.
