Deceased after rapping away a cage at the bottom of a drop staple, went between the cage and a standing full tub, probably to ease the tub away. As the cage ascended, the bottom shoe upon it caught deceased's clothing, and took him up until his head came in contact with a bunton 10 feet up, and he was instantly killed. Good sliding gates were provided, but he had not closed them.
