He had gone into his gate road for an empty tub when a heavy "weight bump" came over the place, and the softs forming the ripping for an area of 9 feet x 4 feet 6 inches and 15 inches thick, fell suddenly from the ripping lip upon him. He, sustained severe internal injuries and died four days later. Prior to the accident the roof appeared to be quite sound.
