Details of Event
The accident occurred on a horse road which deceased was enlarging. There not being sufficient loose debris where he was working, to complete the filling of his tub, he went to a point 5 yards away and, without previous examination, cut out the soft part of use side, thus undermining a piece of "bind " already overhanging, which fell exposing a break at the back and a slip at one end, and causing injuries to deceased from which he died within four hours.
