- A tank engine going tank first pushing two empty coke trucks past the screens to the coke yard. Deceased was cleaning out a drain or runner in a space of 2.5 feet between the rail and wall and he was run over unknown to the engine driver who stated at the inquest that he sounded the whistle while moving forward.
