He and another man were uncoupling two wagons under the screens. The couplings were tight and deceased was trying to ‘ease’ them by using a crow-bar under the wheels. Whilst he was doing this another waggon was crushed up with the locomotive and he was crushed between the buffers. The engineman was blowing the whistle and the deceased knew more wagons were to be brought up.
