Inspection made and inquest attended. Deceased was engaged changing a prop under a bar and had set a jack prop under the centre of a bar and he had set the lower side prop but when driving the higher side prop under, the bar slipped and a loose stone fell. He succumbed to the injuries April 2nd, 1903.
