Deceased, after having rapped the full set away from the landing on the main haulage plane with two other lads up the haulage plane, which was a wide road with a clear 4 feet 6 inches travelling way, and as the set passed them they took hold of the tubs and ran by the side. The second lad tripped over a "fluke," and deceased, who was following, fell over him and his left leg was caught by the tubs. He died, three weeks later.
