Deceased was drawing props from the waste. His mate, who was working at the face 10 or 12 yards away heard a fall, and on examination found deceased buried under it. When liberated soon afterwards he was dead. Deceased had a Sylvester with him, but was probably using a hammer at the time. Several props were uncapped by the fall.
