Details of Event
Died 4th May. He and two others raised the machine of a rock-drill in order to alter its position on the standard so as to drill another hole. Whilst in this position and uncramped it slipped down the standard and falling on a loose drill lying on the floor, caused it to spring up and strike deceased on the temple.
