Deceased and others were engaged in removing a small fan engine from the side of a roadway. Whilst so engaged several bars supporting the roof suddenly collapsed and a fall of roof occurred burying Kershaw and one of his mates. Kershaw was killed outright, and the other man injured. 1 killed 1 injured.
