As in the case immediately above, deceased was found dead beneath the connecting rod of the engine of which be bad charge. No one witnessed the occurrence, and the only conclusion that can be drawn is that lie ventured inside the fencing of the machinery whilst it was in motion to do oiling or some other operation.
