Deceased and another stoneman drew the timber in a gateway in the Main Coal seam 20 yards from the face in order to get stones for building packwalls at the face, they left the place for a time and then returned to clear away the fallen stones and when deceased was plotting the place a large stone fell away from jacks and killed him.
