Deceased worked in a room 11 to 12 feet in width in a seam 4ft 10in in thickness. He was going outbye with a tub when a piece of blaes falling 9ft x 11ft x 4in suddenly came away from the roof swinging out three props. A portion of it fell on him fracturing his skull. Additions Special Rule 6 did not appear to have been strictly enforced.
