      - Details of Event
- As deceased was riding on the gun his head was caught between the coal in the tram and a low collar. He was drawn on top of the tram and crushed so badly that he died on the following day. The road, which had a height of 4ft 10ins. under the collars was too low for riding on the gun and it should have been prohibited at least until the height had been increased.
