Deceased had got over a fence and was oiling the bearings of a small steam engine while it was in motion. His clothing was caught by the flywheel shaft, and he was pulled round it and killed. A notice was posted up prohibiting oiling while the machinery was in motion. If automatic lubricators had been in use the accident would have been prevented.
