Knocked down by wagons pushed by locomotive engine. Deceased had signalled the engineman to go on and he expected the wagons to go on another line of rails. He had omitted to open the points, but thought he had. With his back to the travelling wagons he moved in front of them. It was very windy at the time. Had the engineman whistled perhaps deceased would have looked and seen the wagons were on a wrong line.
