Deceased had taken out three sprags for the purpose of falling the coal 16 feet from end to end. He put the ringer over the top to pull them over and was standing where one of the sprags had been renewed and the holing terminated when the coal, which had been holed, fell and a second fall which fell up to a black slip where the coal was not holed, caught and killed the deceased.
