Fall of roof at face. A portion of the shale roof measuring 6ft by 2ft. 6ins. by 11 ins. in thickness fell upon him. He died next day from the injuries received. There were no roof supports near the place. There was neglect on the part of deceased in this case. Gwendreth seam. Safety lamps.
